• The Trigger Tool methodology is a retrospective review of a random sample of inpatient hospital records using “triggers” (or clues) to identify possible adverse events.

• What is spiritual ascension? Spiritual ascension, also known as spiritual awakening, is a natural evolutionary process which involves the process of shedding the old self and experiencing an inner rebirth. Many people speak about spiritual ascension in terms of being “upgraded,” “rebooted” or being elevated in vibrational frequency.

• Learning stillness through practicing the “Pause”, meditation, being in tune with your own energy, body, mind. Awareness of your own field.

• Once you can see your own, you see others, compassion, empathy, boundaries.

• Being able to ground, emotionally regulate, find the root of the trigger and work on processing that old energy – ascension – change of life
